Denpasar, Bali – In a swift response to the recent flooding that affected several areas in Denpasar, the team from PT. Unicare Indonesia Gumilang mobilized their new “Unicare Peduli” initiative on Saturday, September 13th, 2025. The team distributed essential aid directly to victims in some of the hardest-hit locations, including Mahendradata, the Peguyangan Command Post, Pasar Badung, and Jalan Pulau Biak.

Providing Essential Aid and Hope
The primary goal of the day’s activities was to provide immediate relief and foster a sense of community support. The Unicare Peduli team, a group working under the Unicare Circle, began by visiting the various locations to assess the needs of the community. They met with residents who had been severely impacted by the flood, many of whom had lost personal belongings, daily necessities, and even their homes temporarily.
With a deep sense of empathy, the team distributed crucial supplies, including basic food items like cooking oil, eggs, and instant noodles, as well as blankets and vitamins to help maintain health during a difficult time.
The Birth of ‘Unicare Peduli’: A New Movement
“Unicare Peduli” is a new social action movement organized by the Unicare Circle. It is designed to be a continuous and cultured program dedicated to assisting communities, disaster victims, and the underprivileged. This flood relief effort marks a significant expansion of the initiative, which began about a month ago by providing aid to sanitation workers and other underprivileged individuals.
The program is born from the company’s profound sense of responsibility to care for humanity, especially those affected by natural disasters and hardship. It is a tangible manifestation of the company’s values of love, helpfulness, and social solidarity.

A Hope for Recovery and Brighter Days
The day concluded with a renewed sense of togetherness and hope. Unicare holds a sincere wish for the speedy recovery of all flood victims and for brighter days to come. This event also serves as an important call to the wider public for greater awareness and participation in helping those in need. Unicare continues to prioritize this form of kepedulian (a deep sense of caring and empathy), championing equality and support for all human beings in their time of need.
